Caprese Skewers   
Ciliegene (fresh mozzarella balls), cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaf and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. 
Hot Artichoke Dip   
Artichoke hearts, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and seasonings accompanied by cucumber slices and crackers.
Marinated Olives   
A mix of green, nicoise and kalamata olives lightly marinated and slightly spicy.  Served with grilled garlic bread slices.
Grilled Asparagus   
Asparagus spears served with a lemon dijon dipping sauce.
